Day 1 - Dijon and Côte de Nuits
- Arrival in Dijon from Paris by TGV
- Check-in at hotel.
- Drive to the Côte de Nuits, the great Pinot Noir area for a tasting/lunch (at Domaine Drouhin Laroze) in the village of Gevrey Chambertin. Introduction to the classification system and Climates of Burgundy.
- Return to Dijon for an orientation tour of the architectural highlights of the capital of the Dukes.
- Probe the evolution and specialties of one of France's Gastronomic capitals.
- Dinner at Michelin starred restaurant Le Chapeau Rouge
- Overnight at Dijon.
Day 2 - Côte de Nuits to Beaune
- Depart from Dijon with baggage & drive to the Côte de Nuits
- Visit the Clos de Vougeot 12th century winemaking establishment of the Cistercian monks and seat of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin.
- Tasting at Domaine Bertagna in Vougeot.
- Continue to Vosnes Romanée. View of iconic parcel and estate of Romanée Conti,understanding the elegance and history of the famed Grand Crus of this village.--- Tasting and visit of new cellars of Domaine Boisset in Nuits St Georges
- Lunch at La Toute Petite Auberge
- Continue to the Côte de Beaune.
- Tasting at Domaine Senard in Aloxe Corton
- Arrive in Beaune for 2 nights.
- Dinner at Ma Cuisine - the favorite of winemakers with the most impressive wine list.
- Overnight at Beaune.
Day 3 - Côte de Beaune
- Experience the beautiful outdoor market sprawl in Beaune and orientation visit of Beaune.
- Drive south to the great Chardonnay area
- Tasting in Puligny Montrachet at Domaine Jean Chartron.
- Lunch at Le Montrachet.
- Return to Beaune via Meursault, Pommard.Tasting and tour at Maison Joseph Drouhin (1h30)
- Dinner at L’Ecrit'vin
- Overnight at Beaune.
Day 4 - Departure
- Drive to Dijon train station and take the TGV.
